My name is Ashley and I just turned 27 Sept 2. I am a bartender and it is the most fun I have had in a LONG time!
I have 3 AWESOME children, Audrey is 7, Michael is 6 and Hayden turned 4 on June 5th ! I live in North Carolina. : )
What I DON'T love is 100 pounds (total) to lose! Let's DO THIS!

My Goals:
My goals are pretty simple to write down but hard to implement...

Final goal weight, prepreggo weight 125

Medium term goal: around 150 by Christmas 2010


Short term goal: To lose 20 lbs during Sept 2010

My Program:
*Trying* to eat healthfully, I've decided to try a more natural approach; ie vegetables, fruits, whole wheat and a lot less meat. That's the easy part. Exercise, on the other hand...I try to do cardio 5x/week and strength 3x/week. It does not mean, however, that I actually do it :) But I try!

Sure I'd love to be your buddy! Finally, some accountability!

Well, weigh in day is tomorrow for me........when do you weigh in? I do it in the morning on Saturdays and have Saturdays for eating whatever I want..........well, in moderation. Gonna have coffee ice cream tomorrow!
