I am here to admit that I am at the heaviest I have every been at. I have not taken care of myself, everything and everybody has come before my health. Work has been my main priority for the past year. NO MORE! No more excuses! I need and must take care of me. No one else is responsible for my decisions and actions but me. I need to take control of my life and do what is right for me. I need to make myself healthy starting today.

I pay myself $3 for each goal I meet a day.

1. Exercise for 100 minutes.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water.
3. Track ALL my food

I am trying to earn some new furniture for my craft room. So it will be a win/win for me. A healthier me and a new craft room for me!

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, teacher, friend who likes to read and organize and complete projects.

Thanks for commenting on my blog Sue! You are so motivated! emoticon

After reading your daily courage I feel rather sheepish about crawling back into bed ever morning til 0600. :) Tomorrow I will get up and get out and get going! I have been promising myself to add a 20 minute AM walk and 10 minutes on my stationary bike in the AM in addition to after work. Time to stop talking and start walking!
