I am here to admit that I am at the heaviest I have every been at. I have not taken care of myself, everything and everybody has come before my health. Work has been my main priority for the past two years. NO MORE! No more excuses! I need and must take care of me. No one else is responsible for my decisions and actions but me. I need to take control of my life and do what is right for me. I need to make myself healthy starting today.

Recent health issues has made a major impact on my eating habits. No more soda, chocolate, gluten, dairy, certain fruits and vegetables and still I have not lost weight. Now I am focusing on SUGAR!

I have made a firm commitment to eat healthy within the SCD/FODMAP guidelines daily. I am prepared to have the courage to eliminate extra sugar from my diet. I will not purchase candy or gluten free cookies at the store, this includes mint lifesavers. I promise to adhere to this framework in order to be healthy.

What does healthy mean to me:
1. I can go to new places without taking meds.
2. I will eat only foods that are healthy for me so I will not have to deal with issues later.
3. I also want to lost 37 pounds and reduce my high blood pressure and maybe even discontinue taking that medicine.

I know that God has given me this challenge and I need to do my best to complete this journey. My reward with be a happy , healthy life with my family.

I need to lose 35 pounds and develop a healthy life style.

Short Term Goals:
1. Drink water Daily!
2. Exercise 6x a week.
3. Track all your food.

My Program:
M=30 min. on ET
+ 5 min. incline steps
T=Bike 20 miles
W=30 min. on ET
+ 5 min. incline steps
TH=Bike 20 miles
F=30 min. on ET
+ 5 min. incline steps
S=Bike for fun
Sun=Rest

(Some times my days switch around depending on weather and scheduling)

Personal Information:
I am focusing on my food right now. I am trying my best to eat gluten free, dairy free and citrus free AND exercise daily.











Other Information:
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, teacher, friend who likes to read and organize and complete projects.
