Buddy the Dog
Buddy is a big help because he makes you move more...he likes to play. We have had him for 2 months., as of 4-06. The entire family is very supportive.
We lost Buddy in '08.....miss him alot.
I have diabetes, arthritis and I am very, very heavy. I joined on here in '06 but things got in the way and while they still do am really going to try and learn how to use this program and get the most out of it.

My Goals:
Wear normal size clothing, sit in a movie or plane seat easily, not be stared at,......These are just a few of my goals.....for sure want to be healthier!
Personal Information:
I am from Texas... married to an amazing husband..have 3 pretty darn good young men still at home and for sure time for 2 of them to step out into the world. The youngest is 18 and in college so he can wait for a bit.
Will be 62 in May of 2011.
Have a wonderful son in his 30s that is married and just gave us first grandbaby. Son and his wife are really great...all in all am pretty happy, lucky person.
