    Hi!
    Welcome to SP! I read your post in the Team forum and saw that you're breastfeeding/pumping. SparkPeople is NOT set-up for breastfeeding women because your caloric and nutrient needs are so much higher. Decreasing calories too much WILL decrease your breast supply and also affect your ability to lose weight safely.

    When you set up your program for Spark there are several thing you need to keep in mind and alter because of breastfeeding.
    1) you need to set up the program for no more than a 1/2 - 1 pound weight loss per week using your current workout info.
    2) you need to then ADD 300 - 500 calories to the range the program gives you to provide for breastfeeding needs.
    3) you need to make certain you are eating in that range daily in addition to getting at least 10 cups of water.

    You must eat enough to teach your body to let go of its reserves and you only want to see a 1/2 - 1 pound loss.
