3 Babies Later...

Pushing 30, 3 babies and a crazy life = wow, when did I become a size 14?
I am lucky to have a fabulous husband who is, as he says, "ready to get old and fat together." I'll take the head full of gray, but the butt full of jiggle's gotta go!
I love kids. They're so honest. My 4-year-old brought to my attention my lack of self-focus (something that most moms suffer from, I think.) when she unintentionally held a figurative mirror up to me through specific preschooler ...

My Goals:
Lose the back boobs--basically, be more toned. Pounds don't matter as much to me as inches.

Also, I want to be able to do more with my kids. If I feel better about me, that is contageous.

My Program:
Get off my butt and move!

Oh, and step away from the chips.-- Eat more fruits and veggies (I try to get in 8 servings a day.)

Set goals in the morning and plan my snacks for the day.

Glad to see you back on here too. I fell off the wagon just before Christmas and put back on half the weight I had lost. I think SP is crucial for me staying on track. So a week ago I started back on here again. I'm slowly working on getting my food and exercise under control again, but knowing I was able to do it before, and lose 40 lbs, is good incentive keep at it.
Noticed you broke past the 141 lb mark. Awesome!!!
