Trying to lose

Mom of 3 trying to lose 20 lbs by March 2016. I need much more support than I realized. I need to be on Sparkpeople daily. Tried the new weight watchers program but it was way too time consuming trying to change calories to points. Back to spark!

Thank you for adding me as a friend. We currently have the same weight goal. My original goal was 160 but now I am aiming for 150 which is right in the middle of the healthy weight range for my height. The last few pounds always seem to take the longest. I am aiming for Mother's Day to hit this goal.

I'd think that running after 3 kids is plenty of exercise!! :-) My DH has 7 bros and sisters.

I am the middle child of 2 brothers.
