My Goals:
I want to lose about 45 pounds and get back to walking and exercising every day! I used to walk briskly 6 days a week. I even got into the couch to 5k program about a year ago!

My Program:
I am trying to watch my portions and exercise.

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in southcentral Missouri. My baby girl is a senior in high school this year!

Other Information:
I like to go for walks in parks. I like to take pictures and scrapbook and make cards. I also like to go to Christian events.
