Learning from the past and making a difference in the future.

I am 25 years old. I have always had weight on me since I was born but for 4 months. I was so happy to be that thin. I thought I was the sexiest thing alive at times and then the fastest at other times. I got pregnant and gained weight, over 100 pounds. I learned my lesson to not think I am fat at 150 pounds.
After I had my last child in August 2006. I came home weighing 259. When she was three weeks old I started to walk my neighbor hood. I was loosing weight. I joined SP at 230 and ...

I know what is in store for me if I don't lose the weight and I don't want to face it. My father had a heart attack at 45. My mom had a mass on her heart. There are a lot of health problems on both sides of my family and I don't want to have health problems. I want to be happy, healthy, and satisfied with what I have done with my health.

My Goals:
I wanted to be at 220 and I did it at the end of Feb. I want to be at 200 and I did it in late April.
My next goal is to be at 190 so I don't have to pay any more for me being obese for medical insurance.
I want to get to 180. It was around here that I was for most of my youth.
I want to get between 150-160.

My 10 percent goals are 233, 210, 189, 170, and 153.

My Program:
I have been exercising at home and at the gym. I do whatever I have time for. I drink water. I keep track of the calories that I consume and what I burn.

Personal Information:



One thing that I am personally proud of. Is that I was fat. I earned things to easy and there for took advantage of myself. Now I am having to really work at something that I want to do for myself. I can say now that I know what hard work really is and the pain and happiness that comes along with it. I am not as embarrassed about myself as I use to be. I will wear clothes that show my body. I know I am slimmer and I am getting happier with my body. I know if I died today that I am proud of myself for what I have done to better myself.

Other Information:
I have been married for over 6 years. I have three kids. I want to be that sexy mommy.
I work at two jobs. I am a CSR and a Pharmacy Tech.

Yeah I know I need to watch my calories and usually I have a protein bar in the morning and that is what keeps me going all through out the day. Well have a nice day!!!!!

Congratulations on your weight loss. I too have been skinny at one point and felt so beautiful. But at the same time still felt fat. Boy would I kick myself in the but now. Well keep up the good work I know that you can do it!!!!

GIVE A LITTLE ROCK TO A FRIEND.

I'm a little diet rock, As cute as I can be.
Although I'm sweet to look at, I'm both fat and sugar free.
When you get up each morning, Lift me high in the air, and set me on the floor 10 times, before sitting on your chair.
Please place me on the table, at the place you plan to eat. Then remember that I'm watching, What you do and what you eat.
When you are serving your plate, Please leave my section free, and I'll reduce the calories, by the space you leave for me.
After you have eaten, although I'm just a rock, Please slip me in your pocket and take me for a walk.
If you do this faithfully, then in a month or two, Although I'll be just the same you'll be a slimmer "YOU"
