At the Start of 2011!!!
I FINALLY DID IT! I became a personal trainer, a nutrition and wellness specialist and a fitness instructor. This year will bring many new experiences. For one, I am teaching boot camp to ladies who tell me that they are enjoying themselves and having a good time. They hate me when we are working out, but love me when they realize what they have accomplished!
I am still not super thin, but I will never be. I will always be a work in progress, but what better way to work, then ...

1. Cardio is 2 hrs a day
