Thank you for the comment on my blog! I think you will find eating gluten free brings back a load of energy. There are many online resources to read up on it as well. By your symptoms it sounds like you are suffering from intolerance as well. I would definitely read the book and best of luck with the new eating plan!

Thank you for the warm welcome and the encouraging words on my page. I know I can..and yes advice welcomed by all. I already have a question. My habits are now affecting my lil girl...how can I help her eat better..there are tons of things she does not care for..and I am trying to refrain from straight force...HELP!!
