Thanks for the idea. I do like to swim and they have a water aerobics class at the gym I belong to and don't go to.....I let you know how it goes.

Really feeling good stepping up exercise now doing 40 mins walking in the morning then after lunch 60mins walking or disco dancing. On evening doing Pilates. Pilates is so relaxing you feel like your not doing much at all and that its not doing anything, but the next day I feel great I stand tall I've only been doing it for a week and already I've lost 1 and a half inches from my middle, I do the warm up every day then full programme for 3 nights it keeps my mind and body away from food, and I'm just so relaxed when I go to bed. when I wake up I have another little stretch for about 5 mins then start all over again emoticon
