I'm Shannon and, well, it's hard to describe myself. For starters, I'm a sophomore communications major. I love to travel so I'm hoping to get a job in tourism someday. My interests? That's the hard part: singing, dancing, theater, writing, horseback riding, skiing, figure skating just to get you started. Some people might say I'm crazy. My Goals:
It may sound crazy, but I've always wanted to do some ice climbing. I want to be in shape to do this, which will require consistent strength training and cardio.
My Program:
I'm staying on track by always eating within SparkPeople nutrition guidelines. I've designed a new program for myself for the 16 weeks of my second semester. In a week, I will do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I'm also trying to incorporate more vegetables into my diet.
