Setting a 30-day goal is great, because apparently it takes 21 days to establish any new habit.
But please remember: you are working on a nutrition plan that you can live with for the entire remainder of your life. During these 30 days, think about how evening eating will or won't work for you.
Long-term, maybe a small planned evening snack of chocolate, peanut butter, etc. will work for you. Maybe a very large snack of fresh fruit, or a healthy smoothie, will work for you. Maybe your original plan to totally extinguish evening eating will work for you.
What is your strategy for today and tonight specifically?
Thank you for your commet on my page. Staying motivated can be a challenge. For me exercise is the easy part. I love it, don't get me wrong there are days when I don't want to wake up an go to the gym. But I do it anyways. Eatiing can be more difficult but really I just think about where I've been and where I want to be. There are days I slip up and then I move on to the next day.
