Good luck with your SOUTH BEACH Diet that you are starting today. Try to think of it as a new way of eating and thinking about food. I know when I FOCUS on HEALTH and remember that the food is the FUEL my body and give me the energy to LIFE LIFE to the Fullest!

Actually... ONE CHOICE AT A TIME! Never give up. If you slip...it's not the end of the diet, just refocus and recommit and DO IT! You CAN! Slow and steady and you will love how you feel! You will have to do this for yourself! You are worth it! Its really hard, but the results will get you going. We are all in this together. You can and will do this... Keep lots of fruit and water around and fill up on bulky stuff that will make you feel full. I know exactly what you mean. I am also hungry at times, But we know we have to do this for US! It will get easier, Were in the right place! You will do GREAT!!
