* Tone down from 222 lbs. to 145 lbs. of solid muscle.
* 1200-1300 daily calorie maxium
* Add at least 1 lbs. muscle weekly

My Program:
* 5 day meal preprep
* 3 day weight train
* 3 day cardio sessions
GOAL: Increase weight/progress increments weekly

Hello and thanks for stopping by to comment on my page. Thanks for the compliment and friend add. I also added you as a friend. I started eating clean in April 2010 after reading Jillian Michaels Master Your Metabolism. After discovering all the harmful affects that certain chemicals and foods contained, it became an easy choice. Hope that this helps and I do recommend reading her book.
