I quit smoking 22 years ago, gained over 100lbs after a year or so. I have had arthritis for 12-18 years, diagnosed 12 years ago. Daily pain and current weight make it very difficult for exercise and some of my medications cause weight gain, thus depression! :( I HAVE to lose weight, no longer optional!

Thank you Barcle, I know it doesn't seem like much but I made 11 minutes yesterday and today. It was 10 degrees yesterday but I did it anyway! Although still very cold here in NY it will warm up some to make it easier.
