Mommy of two sweet girls looking to get healthy and in shape again and stay that way!
***May 20th: I took a ten day Spark Break back in April. I had a tummy virus, and lots of stress in my life. I needed a break from being so regimented, and did allow myself too much emotional eating. A few days after getting back on the Spark Wagon, I travelled to support/care for my father during a heart test which led to double bypass surgery, and caring for him in the hospital during recovery. Sadly, five days into surgery recovery, he suffered a stroke-like event which led to his passing away on May 8th. My sisters were with him and cared for him until the end. I'm trying to get back "up and at 'em!" My family and I appreciate any and all prayers!***
As of February 18th, I reached the half-way point!
As of mid-March, I had lost 3" from my waist and 3" from my hips!
This is an amazing program!
5 pounds lost - Eyebrow wax - GOAL MET! 1/14/09
10 pounds lost - Massage - GOAL MET! 3/11/09 - Regained a bit, so trying again.
15 pounds lost - New outfit
Maintain weight - Reward for each month - to be determined
Trying to lose 15 pounds by May 31, 2009 and get back to a healthy lifestyle.
This will mean I'll be back to my healthy pre-preggo weight.
New Program Goals (Increased Cardio 12/20/08)
1) At least 20 minutes of a weight loss interval program on the elliptical machine a minumum of 3 days a week. M,W,F
2) At least 20 minutes of a weight loss progressive program on the elliptical machine a minimum of 2 days a week. Tues, Thurs, and/or Sat
NEWO Workout w/ added reverse crunch two to three days a week. Tues, Thurs, and/or Sat
Stretch five to ten minutes at least six days a week. Mon-Sat
Rest Day -
Daily calorie goal of 1200-1550.
Identical twin from the south.
I love to read, relax while watching TV, cook, sing and visit with friends. I enjoy being very active in our church.
