I want to be at my healthy weight of 186 pounds.I know I can do it because I have done it in the past.My problem is that I put it back on over the course of a few years.I was 186 pounds in 2004-then-265 pounds in 2010.Here I am at 240 pounds with more to do & trying to remind myself-NO MORE DIETS!!!
EXERCISE EVERY DAY-Even if it is only a couple of 100 calories burned-the point is to try to stay ACTIVE & WATCH WHAT YOU EAT!!!
I am retired in living in So. NEW JERSEY.I am living my dream with the man I adore & who also adores ME!He has seen me at my heaviest & no matter what LOVES ME ANYWAY!I love bowling-swimming-CURVES & eating!I just have to pay attention to myself & my body-i want to stay HEALTHY!

go to your spark page and click on edit my page. go down page to where the fitness tracker is. Select the ruler you want and then select to icom you want for your weight. Click save changes and you should have it. Good luck.
