My first goal is to make changes to my sedentary lifestyle. Next I want to get control of my binge eating! I think these two are very interconnected. I wrote this when I first joined and it is still true!!
I am committed to start walking and recording three healthy meals and snacks on my tracker every day!

Thank you for the nice comment on my blog. Some people ask me why I go to the gym 3 times a week when I can just workout in my yard? Well if I did not go to the gym I would really hurt. Going to the gym keeps my muscles ready for the work.
