After losing 60 pounds 12 years ago with severe calorie restriction and weight loss drugs, I have slowly regained all of the weight back. I gained roughly 5 pounds a year or the past 12 years. It is time for a serious change.

My overall goals are to improve my health and appearance, and hopefully, add years to my life expectancy.

Read the book about emotional eating called "SHRINK YOURSELF" by UCLA Professor ROGER GOULD, M.D.
He has a video on www.youtube.com where he talks about the book and how emotional eating ruins our success.
