Good to be moving again
With a busy corporate life of long office hours, commuting, eating out I've put on 50 lbs from my lowest weight. Probably not my healthiest weight though. Being in my mid forties now I'm looking forward to moving again, having an athletic build, more energy and stamina. My confession is I was embarrassed to post a page or my stats until I started seeing results and building consistency. Shame on me! I really see the value in the Sparkpeople community. Thank you all for having me!

My Goals:
1st goal: lose 20 lbs by 3/31/12. Done Second goal: wear a size 8 regardless of what I weigh by 6/31/12! Done. Even bought a pair of 6s. But honestly they were cut really big!
My Program:
Making better nutritional choices. 80 percent healthy versus just eating junk that I crave and enjoy. Healthier choices coming easier each day! Using DVDs such a Coach Nicole's 28 day bootcamp, 30 day shred! Getting some muscles, yay!
