My Goals:
My Goals for this year are:

March-185 lbs.
June - 170 lbs.
Sept.- 155 lbs.
Dec. - 140 lbs.

Drink 8 glasses of water
each day
take multivitamin daily
to consistantly have over 300 fitness minutes each day.


My Program:
plan my meals

find ways to prepare meals and snacks ahead of time.

keep healthy food in the house.

track my food

keep water bottles filled to make sure I'm drinking all my water.

walk 3 miles in the early morning

strength training 2-3x per week

lots of badmitton - one on one with my daughter. extremely good workout!

Bike or walk to my parents house (1 mile away) instead of driving.

Go hiking, swimming, zumba, spinning as often as I can.
