Living a Healthy Life in My 30s!!

Over the past year or so I have lost sight of being fit and have totally let myself go. My activity has decreased and my eating has increased. I travel monthly for work to remote locations which makes both exercise and eating well difficult. I am tired of making excuses and don't want to gain the average 10lbs per decade (because that is where I am headed). Overall, I don't want to constantly worry about food, I just want to be healthy!

7/16/10- Fractured/sprained my right ...

7/16/10- Fractured/sprained my right ankle and will be in a boot cast for at least 6 weeks. Time to change up my program and continue to focus on healthy choices. Exercise may look different for now, but I need to continue to try and keep active and stay positive.

My Goals:
To eat healthy and whole foods as much as possible, keep active, and try to take the best care of my body possible.

Exercising 5-6 days per week including walking, hiking, biking and now Jillian's videos (yikes!).

My husband and I moved to Oregon about 2 years ago and are absolutely loving it. Great place to get outdoors!

142lbs- SPA DAY!! I mean serious spa day! Bath, Wrap, Massage, Facial and maybe even a Pedicure!

Hi! Hope you hopped right back on the healthy wagon when you got to Alaska! I had a good Monday of eating and then ran and gazelled like crazy this morning. Heading to the gym later for some weights and I am not having any drinks today! Hope all is well! emoticon

Hi! I just got back into HR. It is good to be home! Yes our boys have been drinking lots together it sounds like. Its awesome that you have been able to track everything and I noticed you have gotten quite a few fitness minutes! That is rad! I don't think I lost anything while I was in Yakima but I ate pretty well and worked out a few times so hoping to lose more this week- keep it up!
