I am currently the heaviest by far I've ever been, and I am working to get healthy and active again. Formerly a runner, yogi, and health nut, I "let myself go" during a stressful couple of years and packed on a ton of weight.

After watching "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead," I got motivated to make the dreaded changes I need to make. I am combining juicing with a mostly vegan meal plan, and slowly adding exercise back into my completely sedentary life.

Hi Jen-Marie

I wanted to say hi and ask if you are still juicing? If so, how is it going? If not, how long did you juice?

Thank you for the blog post! :) I have decided to lay low on the scale for now. And when I get some extra money I am going to go ahead and reward myself!

Thank-you for your support on my blog. Unfortunately I really don't have room in my small apt to grow plants and no window sills. I can't grow outdoors in the summer either, as my place faces the main road and is open to vandelism. It's all good though, I'll make it work out. Because definitely the short term expense, will off-set long term expense, for sure.
