2013, Don't let the #13 fool you!
This is going to be a good year for everything! No excuses! No settling! No baffoonery! When I am cleared to, I will be looking for any & all Detroiters and surrounding neighbors, willing to workout with me and hold each other accountable for this fight- if your gamed spark me up! I will be looking for workout buddies to join me at hustle classes, workouts and hopefully partake in my Zumba classes in Metro Detroit somewhere in the near future! This is the year ...

In the meantime, I can still have you hold my hand and smack the back of it when I eat wrong! 80% of healthy weight loss, since I can't workout like a fool as I have, lol, is nutrition. So in other words, don't let physical limitations support your poor eating habits and the weight will come off.....inches to pounds! July 2012 UPDATE Hey, I've been away from sp for some months. Well I am going to do my best to login at least once a week. I've had some new challenges to arise. But want y'all to know Im still in the game!!!!! 2013 UPDATE So far there has been some challenges, but as of 1/10/13. 1.5 lbs gone! oookkkkaaaay!

I am happy to say that I am helping to promote health and fitness while working towards my fitness goal. Im looking for that time to testify to those who want good health, as my pastor says, how can you give a testimony without ever having the EXPERIENCE? Im moving out the negative and moving in the positive, so if you see negative come my way rebuke it quick!!
