Healthier Living For Me

Hi. My goal is to start taking better care of myself and live a healthier lifestyle. I've been active all my life (running, soccer, tennis, biking) and now have overuse injuries. I've gained weight because I just gave up (and hit 40 a few years back). If I couldn't do things the way I did before, I didn't want to do them at all. Wrong attitude and now's the time to change it! It's the journey that's important, not the destination!

My Program:
Complete the Couch to 5K running program.

Tennis 3 - 5x week

Work on core strength

Eat lean protein; fruits and veggies and complex carbs

Avoid alcohol
