Just Want to Stay Healthy
I'm a nurse, over 50 and don't want to get on any prescriptions if I can help it! Sure I know what to do--it's just being disciplined enough to do it. Typically nurses aren't the healthiest bunch-we take care of everyone else better than we take care of ourselves. It's not just about weight- it's about health- cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, flexibility, energy, eating right and exercise. It's about feeling good, looking good, having goals,enjoying life and having alot of living ...
