My Goals:
6/10/13 Goal - Track food every day for two weeks straight!

5/27/13 Goal - Track exercise every day for two weeks - until 6/10/13. DONE

Goal for February, 2013, - Reach 185 and STAY THERE...

Goal for November 2012 - drop to 185!

Reached 190 - finally! October '12 - I will reach 189 lbs. Why? Because I believe I can!

I will lose 2 pounds and reach 195 by 4/19.

I will lose 2 pounds and reach 197 by my next weigh in on 4/12 - DID IT on 4/13!

I will lose 2 pounds and reach 200 by my weigh in on April 5 - DID IT!

I will honestly focus on small steps - and quit feeling guilty for not reaching unrealistic goals.


My Program:
I will make my goals and my weight loss a priority.

I will stay focused.

I will PLAN to eat within my daily calorie range.

I will track what I eat and add more activity into my day.

I will seek and accept support!

Personal Information:
I CAN REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT. NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT FOR ME.

Other Information:
I may not be where I want to be, at least I'm not where I used to be.

Hi Friend! I'm sorry I was gone for so long! I'm back. For good. I just moved to another city in February and the stress from the change has been crazy. Now it's time to get all the weight off :) Hope you're doing well!

Funny ol' world - I see we've both been on SparkPeople for about the same length of time... I've finally made slight progress to descend from my long-standing plateau & hopefully will join ya in Onederland soon!
I can't give it total credit, but I think one thing that has definitely helped is more routine yoga practice; I'm trying to hit a hot yoga class about once a week...

Thanks for stopping by my yoga clothes blog. Wow, I had no idea there were so many kindred souls out there! You asked where I shop. Mostly I shop at Lucy for yoga clothes, and I just about live in the Lucy Everyday Pants, because they are relaxed like pants, not like leggings that show off more than I care to. Occasionally, I buy from REI, and they offer some plus size yoga pants. Although I like the freedom of a yoga top with built-in bra, I can get away with a t-shirt on top if I have to. But I want the pants to bend and stretch with me and not sag down in back exposing my rear.
