Today I began eating Whole Foods which was suggested by the "Forks to Knives" documentary that I looked at last night. I am going to go vegetarian and not eat any meat, chicken or fish. I am also going to not eat dairy, refined sugars, bleached flour or oils. I love some of the quotes from that documentary. I weighed 271 pounds today and my measurements today are listed below.

Weight Watchers about 10 weeks ago and am now 32.4 pounds ligher than I was in April, 2010!!! I bought myself a Total Gym a few months ago and am now getting up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:3o am to get my strength training out of the way. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I am doing my cardio excercise (walking, Zumba tapes and the eliptical machine at work. I know that I can stick to this program and lose the weight. I know that in the past when I did STRENGTH TRAINING every other day that I really lost A LOT of inches and I felt great and lost weight. I will list my beginnng measurements and will post my results once a month. Using the point system on Weight Watchers is helping me to really keep track of what am eating. I CAN DO THIS!!

1. To eat within WW points and record it all.
2. Exercise 150 CARDIO EXERCISE minutes per week.
3. Eat at least 30 -35 grams of Fiber each day.

6. Follow the WW plan (incorporating hard to

My goal is to stick to the Weight Watcher' Points Plus Program and to lose at least 10 pounds each month. I am taking small steps and making small Goals. My overall goal is to lose 113 pounds.
New Program effective since September 19, 2010 since joining Weight Watchers.
1. Eat within my daily points.
2 Get as many of the Healthy Guideline Power Foods during the beginning of my day to feel fuller.
3. If I am full and can't eat all of my points by the end of the day (40), do eat as much as I can.
4. Strength training every other day (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday's work best for me) at the Corporate building or on my new Total Gym at home.
5. Do my cardio (at least 20 - 30 minutes) on the SAME DAY so that I can get it out of the way for the week.
6. Continue to drink water throughout the day.
7. Stay POSITIVE and MOTIVATED
I am from Nashville, TN. I am the youngest of 6 children. I was heavy a child and then I lost 80 pounds on Weight Watchers in the 8th grade. I kept my weight off until I got married in 1989. I have gained about 100 pounds since I got married and am DETEREMINED to get it off this time for me.
I really need help in this weight loss. Any support that you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
