I am 30 years old. I have 2 amazing lil boy's ages 6 and 4, and a wonderful husband. I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes at age 2. I just started taking care of my sugars and eating healthy, in turn has helped with loosing weight. I use an insulin pump.
I run a Veterinary Hospital, I love what I do! Lived in CA my hole life moved to MO 4 years ago. Thankful I found SP, Need all the support and encouragement I can get to keep me motivated!

My Goals:
I would like to be as healthy as I can. I would like my blood sugars to be under control. I would like to tone up a lil bit and look like I did before children :)
My Program:
I started out at 130 pounds. A couple months ago I started the 400 Calorie Quick fix. For the first 2 weeks you eat 3 meals consisting of 400 calories, then 400 calorie meals/snacks 4 x a day! I love it I am currently 116. Now I need to step it up and exercise. Just bought a wii and wii fit.
Personal Information:
We are originally from CA My husband was offered a job and we moved to MO. Always miss family and friends in CA, but love Mo it's has wonderful school district's and kind generous people.
