My Program:
Eat healthy including at least 2 fruits and veggies each day. Cut out bread and drink water at every meal except for dinner when I will drink at least 1 glass of non-fat milk.
I will do everything in my power to lose the excess weight I have piled on over the past few years. I will exercise at least 15 minutes everyday and be aware of everything I eat and drink on a daily basis. I am going to be healthy and be proud of the way I see myself everyday.

Hey! its great hearing form ya! thanks for poppin in on me, hows stuff on your side? Sean doing well in the weight game? let him know that if he needs a kick in the arse that I am here and I have a size 14 so it will be a good kick :P I am approaching being under 300 pounds (hopefully within the next week or 2) and have a feeling that the way 2XX feels will kick me into over drive again and I will hit 275 in no time...hoping anyways lol.
