the new me

A lot has changed since I first started Sparkpeople with the goal of loosing a few pounds! I created a whole new me, a me I love. I was at a goal weight, and had a good amount of muscle, I loved my body, I loved my energy, and I loved all the exercising/eating healthy. I have more energy than anyone I know, eat more than anyone I know, and love who I am more than anyone I know. It's an awesome feeling! A lot has changed since I first started Sparkpeople with the goal of loosing a few pounds! I created a whole new me, a me I love. I was at a goal weight, and had a good amount of muscle, I loved my body, I loved my energy, and I loved all the exercising/eating healthy. I have more energy than anyone I know, eat more than anyone I know, and love who I am more than anyone I know. It's an awesome feeling! On top of it all my new lifestyle has rubbed off on my 12 year old daughter who is turning into a trim, intelligent, out going young women. Now I wasn't rocking a six pack of abs, with a size 2 waist, in fact all my fat was in that waist line area, but I was healthy. In the end I want health over pants size.
Then I got pregnant and everything kind of fell apart. I gained a healthy amount of weight, but lost most my muscle. I still tried to eat just as healthy, I mean it's more important now right? Exercising became a struggle due to long hours on my feet at work, but I did yoga every other night for my back.
We the baby is almost a month old, I've got 11lbs and a few inches left to go and a lot of muscle to rebuild. I had to have a C-section so progress will have to be slow, really cant wait to get back to it!

Starting with logging food, and walking. When I get released from the doctor I will start working back to where I was before, bike riding, stair stepper, and strength training

Origanally from Ca, moved to S. Ut when I was young, moved to SD when I was 20, after a REALLY bad relationship I ran back to Ut. Where I found my husband, and settled down.
My heart is still in the black hills forest

Other Information:
I like to read, fish, camp, bike. I dig old cars, Music taste go from Eddy Arnold to NIN, celtic music to Rancid. My dad is 78 I was raised on some good oldies
