I am finally ready to get healthy. I am tired of not being happy with my body and having low self esteem as a result. I want to be confident, strong and know that I can reach the goals I set for myself.

3, 4+ kids?!?! You're right, I don't know how they do it... I'm barely making it by with one! You DO have a lot on your plate so be proud that you're keeping it all together... or at least trying to! emoticon
