I am finally ready to get healthy. I am tired of not being happy with my body and having low self esteem as a result. Drink 6 -8 cups of water a day

PT exercises to strengthen core

Eliptical 3-4 times a week

EAT LOW CARB!

eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day

track and stay within my calorie range at least 6 days a week
