Time for me

At 4'10 1/2 I have battled my weight all my life. I have lost the weight several times and sworn to myself that I would never gain it back. But .....little by little, pound by pound the weight always comes back.
I am at the age now that it is not about the scale, its about health. As I grow older I do not want all the health issues associated with obesity. It is time for me to take charge of my life instead of my life running me. I need to take time out and take care of myself.

*Stay within Calorie range
*Walk 2 miles 3x this week
*Drink atleast 4 glasses of water a day
*lose 11/2 pounds this week
*cook all meals at home(no eating out)


My Program:
*Eat a well balanced diet
*Eat 1200 to 1550 Calories a day
*Drink atleast 6 glasses of water a day
*Exercise atleast 30 minutes 3 times a day

I love your picture of Madison and Gizzy, they are adorable! My Quincy looks like a lot like your Gizzy, Quincy is a chihuahua/ Shih Tzu mix.

Welcome to SP and the Scale team! It's nice to have you here. Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you go in to set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Then set up your appointment calendar to send you reminders and when it comes just click on the link and it will take you to another page of links. Click on fitness and it will take you right there. Just check them off as you do them. Be sure to schedule a Cardio day as that is how you will have access to the "Other exercises" like walking, playing with children, moving boxes etc. Use your Spark Points page to help you use and learn all the great tools and aspects of this wonderful site.
