My Goals:
I want to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat healthier, be physically fit and thinner. In the next year I would like to lose 50-70lbs, run a 5K and possibly a 10K.

My Program:
I plan to stay within my calorie range and make smarter food choices. Eat more fruits and veggies!
I will exercise a minimum of 5 times per week; a mixture of cardio & strength training.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of 2 boys and 1 girl. My family is my life, but I have to start making myself a priority again.

It sounds like you have a good plan- to have a healthy lifestyle is key. The couch to 5K program will make those pounds melt off and check out the Beachbody website. For a stay at home mom, it has been an awesome way to get in a great workout before the kids get up in the morning!
