My Goals:
I want to lead a healthy lifestyle, eat healthier, be physically fit and thinner. In the next year I would like to lose 50-70lbs, run a 5K and possibly a 10K.

My Program:
I plan to stay within my calorie range and make smarter food choices. Eat more fruits and veggies!
I will exercise a minimum of 5 times per week; a mixture of cardio & strength training.

Personal Information:
I am a wife and mother of 2 boys and 1 girl. My family is my life, but I have to start making myself a priority again.

Felkins, I just don't allow pictures to be taken at this time! I know it would probably be good to have before and after photos, but I just don't like looking at pictures and myself and tend to avoid the camera at all times.

Hi and welcome to SparkPeople! I'm sure you've noticed that I'm the one from the Little Rock Sparkers team that sends out team emails. Please feel free to come by the forum and introduce yourself. Also, we have a weekly team challenge. Each one will have 3 parts to it: one part diet, one part exercise, and one part team building/community/correspondence. Feel free to do those with us.

I noticed that you said that you don't allow pictures to be taken. I was just wondering if that is no pictures at all, no pictures at this time, a religious choice, or... Anyway, I was just curious.

Good luck on your weight loss! Fad diets don't seem to work out, but I hope SparkPeople will work for you!
