Here we go again.....This is the third time I have started this. I am going to believe that the third time is going to be the charm, not your out! We are planning a trip with some other couple and I refuse to be on a boat for 4 days at this weight! I have 39 weeks from today to get myself to what I need to be. So here it goes.....

Well I met my goal of getting up and going to the gym 5 days this week! I feel great!
The cooler fall weather is here which is a relief from the very hot August and early September that we had here.
