We only have one life, why not make it as healthy as possible so we can enjoy the blessings of living to the fullest?!

That is what SP has helped me to do - become my healthiest self so I can truly enjoy my life, my family and be a blessing to those around me. I have an energy today I could have never sustained at over 40 pounds overweight, not to mention the confidence that comes along with taking care of one's self.

Wanted to stop by and wish you a very Happy New Year! I'm finally back (it's been soooo long!) and just wanted to let you know that I've missed you and that I look forward to reconnecting. Hope you are doing well and that 2014 will be your best year yet!

I just wanted to say hi and tell you that even though I've been away from SP for the past several months (bogged down with work and stress) I am looking forward to ending the mighty-year-of-challenges that has plagued me this past year and start fresh soon... I may be still a bit scarce around here for the next little while but I did want to let you know that I've been thinking of you and hope you are doing well in life, in happiness, and in your journey.

It's too late for this year, but this is how you dry-brine a turkey. I follow these instructions, then, before putting it into the oven, I put fresh herbs inside the turkey, and rub butter on it, then sprinkle more herbs on top. Usual turkey suspects: sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano.

Hi there! Primal is an offshoot of Paleo. It's a concept based on what our ancestors ate. Basics are no dairy or grain, limit sugar, eat as whole as possible. I thought it was quacky sounding at first. But with the dietary issues that run in the family, it makes sense for us.

You are most welcome. I'm glad it's working for you. It's much easier, and more fun to do many at a time! Have a great week!
