Jan 13, 2014 started following the book, "Trim Healthy Mama". Learning to eat one fuel source (fat/carbs) per meal, cutting out sugar and white flour.
I am a military wife and mom to two great children. Both are grown and creating beautiful lives for themselves. I am so proud of them. I enjoy meeting others and making lifetime friends.
