I am finally ready.

I am finally ready. To let go of the past. To love myself. To admit that I fell apart there for a long time, focusing on everyone but myself. I did not want to deal with it. Well, we all know what you do not deal with, only gets worse. I am saying NO MORE. No more.



Staying in spark range.
Exercise daily 30-45 minutes (at least 10 minutes on off days)
Drink water, 10 glasses a day.
Stay focused by meditation, blogging, checking in with teams, ...

My Program:
I have heard SOMEDAY is not part of anyone's program.

I am tracking calories, water and exercising. It is simple, but if you look at all the success examples on spark..this is what most of them did!

2012: 1260-1560calories. No more than 70 g. carbs daily and aim for 100 g. protein daily. Watch Sugar and processed FOOD. 10 glasses of water a day. Multivitamin. Do not eat out!

During the holiday season, we spend so much time trying to take care of everything and everyone that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. This holiday season make sure you include yourself on your list of things to do! Schedule a little “me” time and do something you enjoy!
