Be so humble to allow yourself to just BE OKAY.

I can do this, motivated one step at a time. The people who really achieve change.. DO it. They do not talk about it. They do not live in their heads. They are motivated by their actions... not the other way around. I CAN TALK A GOOD GAME.. all day long. I am no longer a talker. I am USING MY ACTIONS as my statement now.



Staying in spark range.
Exercise daily 30-45 minutes (at least 10 minutes on off days)
Drink water, 10 glasses a day.

I have heard SOMEDAY is not part of anyone's program.

I am tracking calories, water and exercising. It is simple, but if you look at all the success examples on spark..this is what most of them did!

2012: 1260-1560calories. No more than 70 g. carbs daily and aim for 100 g. protein daily. Watch Sugar and processed
