Today is May 05 2015 .This morning I weight in at 202 pounds. Not happy with my weight so today I Am making a plan to eat with mindfulness. I have a lot of stress in my life most of the time so I must learn to deal with what I can''''t change in a more healthy way. I also need to be more consistent with exercise. I can''''t keep on the path I am on because I am miserable being fat. Fat Women''''s clothes are mostly ugly. Extra weight makes me tire out faster.. I have trouble bending down because of my fat belly. One thing I am good at is hiding my fat with my clothes. It is time for me to stop making excuses and take action steps in the direction I want to go.

My Goals:
1. lose 50 pounds
2. Stay Positive
3. Make Exercise a habit
4. Learn as much as I can about my body and how best to care for it.
5. Get 7 -9 hours of sleep
6 Get out of the house and get some fresh air and sunshine daily.
7. Daily meditate on God's word and look to him for strength.

My Program:
A. Look to The Lord for help .
B. Eat with awareness
C.. Change my eating habits
D. Make some food rules
E. Exercise every other day
F. Study on health topics
G. Get sunshine and fresh air daily .
H. Improve my sleep.
I . Encourage others .
J. Enjoy life today - don't wait till I drop my weight.
