Welcome to Paulette's Page

I started this Journey on Sparks a few years ago when I hit 200 pounds and pushed my panic button . I left for awhile then rejoined. The first time here I just wanted to lose weight . I now see the bigger picture and this time I am here to change my life style to a healthier one. Total health = Spirit , Mind and Body. There is much more to healthy habits than just diet and exercise. Don't forget you need fresh air, sun shine, rest , feed your soul and exercise your brain.

Thank you for your support in helping to reach a healthier life style . I am not where I want to be yet , but I am closer to it everyday. We have to keep pushing forward no matter how many set backs we have. Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from The Lord.
