Welcome to Paulette''s Page

Today is May 05 2015 .This morning I weight in at 202 pounds. Not happy with my weight so today I Am making a plan to eat with mindfulness. I have a lot of stress in my life most of the time so I must learn to deal with what I can''''t change in a more healthy way. I also need to be more consistent with exercise. I can''''t keep on the path I am on because I am miserable being fat. Fat Women''''s clothes are mostly ugly. Extra weight makes me tire out faster.. I have trouble bending down ...

I have trouble bending down because of my fat belly. One thing I am good at is hiding my fat with my clothes. It is time for me to stop making excuses and take action steps in the direction I want to go.

4. Learn as much as I can about my body and how best to care for it.

6 Get out of the house and get some fresh air and sunshine daily.
7. Daily meditate on God's word and look to him for strength.

E. Exercise every other day

G. Get sunshine and fresh air daily .
H. Improve my sleep.

J. Enjoy life today - don't wait till I drop my weight.

I am going for definite diagnosis on Jan. 4. However, I can't think of anything else that would make me get so forgetful and fuzzy brained.
