Welcome to my page

Hi! My name is Paulette. I messed up and let bad habits like overeating crepe back in and once again I hit my panic button when I got to 200. Hopefully I will learn from my mistakes and get my weight down and stay there till I die not just 2 years then have to start over again. But if one needs to start over it is best to forgive yourself and move on to a new beginning.

I am getting back on track and hope soon the scale will reflect it.

I don't look at things I try that don't work for me as failures . I see ever thing as a learning tool.

I came across a team called the No S Diet. I ordered the book and I am now in the process of reading it and trying to comprehend what it is about. Those who love to count calories would not like this program. To each their own I say. Whatever diet or program you get on you must commit to it. Commitment is a important word. Commitment, Faith and Hope all work for our good. Wishing you success on your journey to a better you.

I believe what you say about committing is true. I gave No S a rather half-hearted try in Oct. of 2008. Had only a few compliant weeks for over a year. I finally surrendered on Dec. 26 coming up on five years. I feel really good about it and am quite sure that nothing else would have done a better job, though my loss was in fits and starts. This WOE is livable for literally milllions of people, not just the very small percentage who ever learn to live on a diet. I think it's very hard to commit to something that has such a terrible track record. Beat the odds with No S.

People have ups and downs and ups on No S just like most programs of eating changes. The good news is the ups are much more fun than on most! No matter how bad things get, if you just put some non-sweets foods on a plate and eat them, you're a success!
