I originally started my first journey on Spark on Jan. 22, 2009 and stayed active until Jan. 27, 2009. Came back in June 7, 2010 and stayed until November 2010, where I lost 15 lbs and made some great friends.

June 2012, I am back. I am a 35 year old mom. I currently have a 16 year old daughter and a son that was born on May 2nd.

I am looking forward to reconnecting with some current buddies as well as adding some new ones on our journey to a healthier and happier life.

My Goals:
Lose weight in a healthy way.

To become a "SparkPeople Motivator!" - goal met 9/11/10

Track inches lost.

Work towards eating a fruit and vegetable with EVERY meal and as a SNACK!

Try new "Healthy" foods and do my best to lower my intake of "JUNK" food.

To find a way to get my knees healthy again to allow me to jog or run with my daughter again.

Find new friends to motivate me in my journey.

To pull out the "Back of the Closet" clothes and take all my favorite outfits back from my daughter.

My Program:
Walk at least 3 to 5 miles, 5-6x's a week.

Strength Train at least 3x's a week.

Sinless September: eliminate all "sweets", pop for the month of September

Other Information:
My mom does foster care so more often then not, I usually have a house full of kids.

I enjoy swimming and walking.

I have to admit that I have an addiction to TV...summer and fall seasons.

I enjoy reading...James Patterson, Stephanie Myer (twilight series), Nicholas Spark, John Grisham and I love when friends tell me about authors that they love...
