Nurturing Healthy Habits
I just had my second child on April 6 - our beautiful baby boy, Matthew! I now have even more reason to get healthy and get my life on track. I didn't gain much during pregnancy, but I had a lot to lose before I got pregnant and now I am so excited to get started. May 15th is my start date - the 6week post partum mark. My plan is to be active on Spark but to also join WW and get myself moving again. That won't be easy with two kids and a husband in Iraq, so I'm starting slow - using the Wii ...

I know I need accountability so I'm going to try to blog on here and find some other ways to keep me honest!
