Hi There!~ My name's Allison and like a lot of others who visit this site, I've been struggling with this whole weight loss/ get healthy "thing" for a while already. My youngest is too old to call these jelly rolls around my waist line "baby fat" anymore. So I began my lil' quest to find something to help me out. But then, I couldn't figure out what the heck to do with the food journal entries (except beat myself up about what I read back). So I googled it and VOILA!!...So glad I found this site!!...and....I can't believe it's free!!

ALLISON! Just CUOP and see the word "bowing out". Spies don't bow out! You must have missed that in the itty bitty fine print on day 1. Do what ever you need. Drop down your posts, don't feel the need to read everything, you don't have to max out every challenge. Do what you need for you to be able to do this and not go crazy. Bowing out puts you exactly where you were before you started. Just like the BL we all came here for the structure and team support. But on BL when people get kicked off they still have a bit of professional support to help them come back for the finale looking good. Admin doesn't give us a budget for that in the BLC!

Ok Allison, I wasn't a cheerleader way back when, but thought I would write a cheer for the spies anyway!! So here it is in case you miss it on the thread!!

WE CAN LOSE 'EM, YES WE CAN

IF WE FOLLOW OUR FITNESS PLAN

LOSE THOSE LBS AND STAY ON TRACK

Hey Allison! Dar & Robin are joking around. One of our challenging teams is SPYING on us and found out that some our our members were pledging 240 (60min/day) exercise for the weekend and they told their team who pledged the same thing! So now they are saying only 3 minutes to throw off the external Spies! This is going to be a tough competition to win. We need to STEP UP and BRING IT!
