At the beginning of this year I weighed 251lbs and I have lost 27 lbs so far. I will never again let myself go that far, I'm looking for support since my friends and roommate aren't supportive at all. They constantly say "you've been talking about this forever, what makes you think this time will be different?" This is not a healthy environment for me to get this under control so I'm seeking help outside of my current friendship circles.

I have always been a "bigger girl" but ...

I have always been a "bigger girl" but I'm tired of this. I don't want to be the biggest member of my family anymore and I want to be able to go to Cedar Point and not have to worry if the safety belt will fit.

While I am dropping this weight for myself, I also cant wait to see the look on peoples faces when they see me, right now I think my face is pretty and those that know me think I have a rockin personality so when I'm at my goal weight I will be an awesome package deal :P, but SUCCESS IS THE BEST REVENGE!

My Goals:
I want to be able to wear a funny sexy costume for Halloween and have people pointing cause I look good not because they think i shouldn't be that scantily clad.

I want to be at my Goal weight by December so that I don't have to tell my family wear to get me gift cards for, I will be able to shop anywhere :)

Other Goals
- August 18, 2011 be 199lbs
-October 30,2011 be 185
-December 3,2011 be 170

The following goals will depend on how I look at 170 because I do not wish to be stick thin.

-January 1, 2012 be 165
-February 1, 2012 be 160
-May 10, 2012 be 155, That's my 24th Birthday :)

My Program:
I'm eating no more than 1500 cal per day, a minimum of 60 min of cardio 6days per week, strength training for 60 min 3 days per week.

Personal Information:
I am from Bowling Green, OH
I am ready to live life to the fullest :)

I am also looking for a workout buddy in the NW Ohio area.

I am sooooooo focused right now :) it's a struggle sometimes to go to the gym but I have went everyday this week even with my crazily hectic work schedule and running on very little sleep :) I had gained a little weight back but from last wednesday to yesterday I dropped 10lbs that week by bustin my butt and eating right :) emoticon

Hey just wanted to say hi and let you know I know how it feels for people to be unsupportive when you need a shoulder to lean on. I am originally from Toledo and as I have many friends and family that live there most wont understand the reasons for my weight lose goals. So if you ever need anyone to talk to I am here. Congrats on all the weight lose so far.
