Glad your on my team in "By the Numbers" Yeah team 5! All three of us have hypothyroidism so it'll be good to get tips from each other on what works and what doesn't. My doctor told me not to eat Broccoli, cauliflower & tomatoes. I just stopped exercising because I haven't had the energy, which I used to do every morning. I'm hoping to start again beginning Monday. I exercised every morning for a year except on Sat & Sun, but my eating habits weren't good. This site has really helped me to improve them.

Good months and not-so-good months are to be expected. You had an awesome trip around Italy and even if you got off track I would say it was definitely worth every calorie and to me that counts more!
This will be my first ever BL challenge so I am excited but nervous. But I asked to join a team I was invited to that is low-key on the exercises. I just like the thought of trying to lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks. I look forward to seeing you there.
