2nd Time's a Charm:-)

I want to be the healthiest and fittest that I can be, by the time I hit 50. That leaves me 5 years. I have a lot of work to do before then. I should hit my weight goal by next year. Looking forward to changing my whole lifestyle this 2013. I lost 20+ lbs in 2009 by using SP, but managed to gain it all back and more. This time I want to take it off for good. Who's with me????

Thanks for the fruit. I am working hard on increasing the amount of freggies that I eat, especially getting at least one fruit a day. I like fruit so I don't know why it is so hard to get me to eat it lol.

Thanks a bunch for the goodie and well wishes for my husband. He was released from the hospital last night and its wonderful to have him home. I'm sure he will recover faster here.
